EMC，全称Electromagnetic Compatibility，即电磁兼容性。它是指设备或系统在其电磁环境中符合要求运行并不对其环境中的任何设备产生无法忍受的电磁骚扰的能力。EMC包括两个方面的要求：
电磁骚扰发射（EMI）的控制：设备在正常运行过程中产生的电磁骚扰（即电磁辐射）必须低于一定的限值，以免对其他设备或系统造成干扰。这涉及到对设备内部电路布局、滤波、屏蔽等技术的运用，以减少不必要的电磁辐射。
电磁敏感性（EMS）的保证：设备应具有一定的抗电磁干扰能力，即能够在一定的电磁环境中正常工作，不会因为外部电磁骚扰而出现故障或性能下降。这要求设备在设计时考虑到电磁兼容性问题，采用合适的防护措施来提高其抗干扰能力
