泰磊混凝土密封固化剂TL191

是一款泰磊研发的Zui新的乳液型产品。通过高品质的进口原料的合成，使产品的性能更加突出，具有更

使用方法：用喷雾器或洒壶均匀的喷洒于混凝土表面

用量：正常地面每公斤10平方以上

稀释比列：1：1至1：2兑水使用，根据地面实际情况调整

规格：每桶20公斤

注意事项：若不慎溅入眼睛，请及时用清水冲洗几分钟

保质期：约1年

适用场地：

适用于原浆混凝土地坪、金刚砂耐磨地坪、水磨石地坪等以水泥基为主体的各类地坪，一般常应

用在停车场、物流仓库、以及工业厂房等。也可在已经使用过的老旧环氧地坪或混凝土地坪上进行

翻新处理，施工后旧地坪焕然一新，使其也可达到永远防尘，坚固耐磨的效果。

固化地坪的特点

1、密封性

混凝土密封固化剂能使硅酸盐为主体的水泥、混凝土等水泥基建筑材料密封成一个坚固的实体。通过

渗透到混凝土内部，封堵混凝土毛孔，使混凝土变成一个坚固密封的实体。

2、硬化、耐磨

做固化剂地坪可以使混凝土变得坚硬、耐磨，施工后的地坪耐磨度以及莫氏硬度有着显著提高。随着使

用时间的推移，处理过的混凝土硬度还会持续增加。

3、防尘、耐污

混凝土密封固化剂通过有效渗透，与混凝土中的游离氧化钙发生化学反应，在混凝土表面形成一个无尘、致

密的整体，yongjiu控制了混凝土灰尘从表面毛孔中析出，也可阻挡部分油污等进入混凝土中。

4、降低维护费用

使用密封固化剂地坪后，通过研磨抛光，地坪表面光滑耐污，不必再花费清洗打蜡等维护费用，只需要正

常保洁即可保持美观，一劳永逸。

5、抛光、高光

密封固化剂地坪需要对混凝土表面采取物理抛光处理，抛光后混凝土表面更加致密、光亮。可使混凝土地

面立刻变成洁净、高光泽度的完美地坪。

Applicable Places:

Characteristics of Solidified Floor

1. Sealability

Cement-based building materials such as cement and concrete with Portland as the main body can be sealed into a solid entity by concrete sealing and solidifying agent. By penetrating into the concrete interior and sealing the concrete pore, the concrete becomes a solid and sealed entity.

2. Hardening and wear resistance
