“摸”——就是修理人员利用灵敏的手指接触感 觉,检查液压系统的管路或元件是否发生振动,冲击和油温等故障如用手模泵壳或液压油等元件根据冷 热程度判断液压系统是否有异常升温,并判明升温原因及部件。如泵壳过热,则说明液压泵内漏严重 后吸进空气。
“试”一 就是修理人员亲自操作一下机械系统 的执行元件从其工作情况判定故障部位和原因:①全面试。根据液压系统设计功能,逐个试验,确定故 障是在局部区域,还是在全部区域。如试验w4—6O型挖掘机时将动臂升到极限位置后发动机熄火。若 动臂下降量过大,大于出厂时间规定值,则表明故障原因在换气阀、过载阀和液压缸的油路中,而液压泵 及安全阀元件无误。②交换试。当系统中仅出现某
一功能丧失时,可于相关功能的油路交换,确 定部位。如挖掘机仅出现大臂不能上升的故障时,可将斗杆液压缸的油管接在大臂液压缸上,以判定 故障部位是在什么地方。还有更换试、调整试等都 可以检查故障到底出现在哪一段油路上。用上述方法结合试验和分析,不难迅速准 确地诊断其液压系统中故障。为了更快速有效地判
