If communications e cannot be connected to the publicswitched telephone network it does not need any conformity approvalfrom the Federal Communications Agency.Anyway,the e cansubject to technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union.Ifthe e could be used for the encryption of data it issubject to the notification by the Federal Security Service of theRussian Federation(FSB).
