间隙性空信号的运作原理
间隙性空信号是无接触式运作的,并且主要由以下部件组成:容器底部固定的磁力开关
(I)搅拌桨相连的可动导板 (II) 带有一个磁铁 (III) 和一个控制凸轮(IV)如果容器加注了适合间歇性空信号功能的润滑脂,泵机运行时,导板 (II) 就会因为润滑脂的阻力而偏转。与导板 (II)相连的磁铁 (III) 在其内部环形轨道上运行,而不会触发磁力开关 (I) 上的脉冲。每次旋转时,控制凸轮 (IV)都引导磁铁与可旋转的导板一起向外。在离开控制凸轮后,润滑脂的阻力又重新按压导板和磁铁向内。如果容器内的润滑剂下降到一定程度,以至于润滑脂的阻力不再足以使导板(II) 偏转,磁铁 (III) 就会保持在外轨道,并且每次旋转都会触发其磁力开关 (I) 一次脉冲。如果磁铁 (III)在一个作业周期内运动经过磁力开关 (I) 6 次,将会直接在泵机的信号接口上发出空信号。要对泵机的外部控制装置进行编程
